Friday night drink
Friday and the end of a long week. When I was Oz I went wine tasting with Mum and Dad. Mum and I loved the Muscat there and I brought back a bottle to Japan. Friends over, cooking some Japanese curry and something delicious to drink. Perfect start to the weekend.

Could it be? Japanese diluting juice?
I have complained A LOT about the lack of diluting juice in Japan. I found this in the supermarket the other day. While i don’t think it’s actual diluting juice as it is very syrupy i can tell from the outside that you are supposed to mix a little bit with water. Maybe the answer to my water drinking problems? Oh and it’s grape flavoured!

Scones and hot chocolate
After the ALT meeting we decided to try out a new cafe this afternoon as we have exausted all the options at our previous favourite Cafe Mozart. Today we (Amanda, Winsy and I) went to Cafe Haven’t We Met which is much smaller but also really nice. It is quite near my house so it might be a contender for my Sunday afternoon study/writing letters sessions.

Hot Chocolate in a can
You can get anything in vending machines in Japan. This was from one of the school vending machines and was actually hot. Lovely!

The Japanese love grape flavoured things however this is usually purple grape. Today i found white grape fanta! Yum.
